Parents or legal guardians are fully responsible for the safety and supervision of their children at all times.
Children may only participate in activities under the constant oversight of their parent or guardian.

By joining the tour, guests acknowledge the following:

• Participation in outdoor and water activities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, wildlife encounters, and weather-related situations.

• Guests must follow all safety instructions given by the crew and guide.

• Failure to follow instructions may increase personal risk, for which BOTO Tours (Viva Amazonia GmbH) cannot be held liable.

• Guests are responsible for adequate travel and health insurance, including emergency evacuation coverage if desired.

• BOTO Tours (Viva Amazonia GmbH) is not liable for cancellations, itinerary changes, or delays caused by weather, water levels, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
